The Three C's of Christian Leadership 2011
According to Hardtford Institute for Religious Studies, the approximate number of U.S. Protestant and other Christian Churches by size (excluding Catholic/Orthodox) is three hundred thousand, with fifty-six million weekly worshipers. That number changes based on the effectiveness of the church's leadership. Often the chuch will suffer retention issues because of problems with the church's leadership.
A major problem in the church in our estimation is poor leadership and the toleration of it.
Our program train christian leaders necessary skills to help make the church successful.
Because christian leaders possess vision and influence, they have an obligation to take the church in the right direction.
By-the-way, if you have accepted Christ, YOU ARE A CHRISTIAN LEADER.
We focus on:
1. Communication
2. Change
3. Conflict
Christian Communication:
Christian Communication is a skill we must choose to learn by submitting to the Word of God and by applying it to our lives.
Christian communication covers many aspects of the relationships. There is in the New Testament what is called the "one another commands." These commands, when followed, are a source of correct Christian communication. The commands could be looked at as God's code of conduct for Christian relationships.
Change is everywhere (The Power of Christian change)
"We know that change is rarely a smooth process. It can be intimidating and chaotic. In fact, change has the potential to either launch an organization to the next level, or dump it into the deepest pit. That’s why wise leaders look out for change, then manage it, and lead their people through it." [John Maxwell]
Dealing with Conflict
The Impact of Unresolved Church Conflict

"How you deal with conflict can determine your success, as-well-as the success of our church."
"SQ" or Spiritual Intelligence…
is defined as "the ability to treat others with Love, Wisdom and Compassion, regardless of the circumstances."
Nine Characteristics of Christian Leaders (Spiritual Tools)

Jesus taught that the heart of spiritual leadership is “Servanthood.” (Mk. 10:43,44)
Mark 10:43
43But so shall it not be among you: but whosoever will be great among you, shall be your minister:
44And whosoever of you will be the chiefest, shall be servant of all.

I know that, there is no finer example for Christian leadership than our Lord Jesus Christ.
